MyMynd terms

This is a pre-launch placeholder for MyMynd v2. Final service terms must be reviewed and approved before customers are invited to use the production service or live billing is enabled.

Service scope

MyMynd helps authorised users organise business knowledge and create AI-assisted ways to retrieve it, including optional agents embedded on approved customer websites. Outputs should be reviewed by a person where a decision is important.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must have permission to upload, record and process supplied content, protect account access, approve their website domains, and avoid using the service for unlawful, harmful or high-risk automated decisions. Customers remain responsible for the accuracy of approved knowledge and for giving website visitors appropriate privacy information.

Billing and cancellation

Current plan prices and included usage are shown on the pricing page and confirmed again before checkout. The setup fee is charged once, subscriptions renew for the selected interval until cancelled, and usage allowances reset monthly. Final refund and cancellation wording must be approved before live billing is enabled.
